Paddle surfing or stand up paddle surfing (SUP) is a sport imported from the Polynesian islands that unites the discipline of surfing with paddling. The ancient inhabitants of those islands used them to move from one part of the island to another, or even between different nearby islands.

Paddle Surf every day has more followers and is a variety of surfing. It consists of standing on a board that is larger and more stable than surf boards, while we help ourselves with an oar so we can move. To practice paddle surfing it is not necessary to have waves or wind to move.
